"Loli Prophets" How?

How do I become in the group "Loli Prophet"?

That group has a little bit of an empty name to it right now. You can see 1 other section that hasn't been posted in for awhile. In fact, I am wondering where shortman and camarilla are right now. I don't really blame camarilla, but shortman should be posting on here every once in awhile...

I guess I can say, people who contribute to this site become prophets. So if you really start making a manga, and we post it on our site, you will be put in this group.

I think they also may be considered mods... I don't really remember too well.
